  • Large-scale (big) data management infrastructures.

  • Data and resource management in Internet-scale cloud computing infrastructures.

  • Indexing and complex query processing/optimization in Internet-scale data management systems.

  • Security, anonymity, trust/reputation, monitoring/auditing/accounting, load balancing, and routing issues in Internet-scale distributed systems.
